Shipping and handling:

We ship orders by regular ground delivery via USPS Priority Mail or in some cases UPS ground .(Please note: UPS will not deliver to PO boxes - use Priority Mail for PO box orders) Subject to inventory levels and product demand, orders usually process for shipment within 2 to 3 Business Days from receipt of the order by FunCatGifts.com™. UPS Ground takes at least 2 to 5 Business Days to arrive at a destination after shipping out from our store and USPS Priority Mail about 3 Business Days. Please allow enough lead time for a shipment to arrive at your destination.( Note: a Business Day is Monday thru Friday-add weekends to delivery time!) We do not offer faster shipping options at this time.

Please Note: During the Howl-i-day season order lead times may take from 1 to 2 weeks depending upon volume and stock of an item. We ship to Continental United States only. 

* All orders are fully insured. Any damaged merchandise will be promptly replaced. Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Contact us via email or telephone for more details. * Order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. * Customer errors may be returned only with Fun Cat Gifts.com™ prior permission with freight prepaid by the customer and at customers expense. Contact us for return authorization. Credit for the merchandise ONLY (NOT Shipping or Handling) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods by Fun Cat Gifts.com™.Unauthorized returns will be refused.
